This was my first opensource experience and probably the best one I will ever have.
I got a lot to learn while building my project. I thought I knew the languages c++ and qt( a bit) before starting the project, but while building the project I actually got to know what i was missing.
My mentors Alvaro Soliverez, Thomas Baumgart and Klaas Frietag helped me a lot with this, however I didnt get much to interact with Klaas Frietag. If I ever had a problem which I was not able to solve after trying a while, I just had to write my problem and mail it to the mailing list and after short while was having a lot of solutions with proper explanations, through which i got to know about more concepts contributing to my learning phase of the project.
